Ramute Plioplys was a Canadian-born scholar and folk artist who survived polio at an early age and traveled to Lithuania, where she honed her Lithuanian folk art techniques. In loving memory, her website, complete with articles, citations, and a well-stocked online gallery of her breath-taking, beautiful artwork, is a memorial to her and her contributions.
